Iron Marines Invasion is a gripping real-time strategy game that takes place in outer space. Players must strategically deploy hero units, space marines, aliens, and mechs across different landscapes to combat a cosmic conflict that threatens life in space. The game offers a variety of levels and objectives, requiring players to combine units and build defenses to succeed. While the game features improved visuals and some impressive setpieces, it falls short in terms of unit design and overall gameplay innovation. The additional features, such as fewer hero characters and the need for additional purchases, detract from the overall experience. Nonetheless, the abundance of new levels adds a welcomed challenge to the game.
Features of Iron Marines Invasion:
⭐️ Real-time strategy gameplay: Tap and drag hero units, space marines, aliens, and mechs to engage in cosmic conflicts.
⭐️ Varied objectives: Each level presents different objectives, but they all revolve around a cosmic conflict that threatens life in space.
⭐️ Unit regeneration: Units regain lost health over time, requiring players to strategically combine units and build defenses for success.
⭐️ Expanded campaign: Iron Marines Invasion offers a larger campaign with twice as many levels and missions set in diverse planets and environments.
⭐️ Similar unit designs: While the game allows for a greater variety of unit combinations, the unit archetypes remain the same as in the first game.
⭐️ Unwanted changes: The game introduces fewer hero characters and unit packs, a confusing level navigation menu, constant prompts for notifications, and a less customizable tech tree upgrade system.
Conclusion:
Prepare for an intergalactic battle in Iron Marines Invasion and test your strategic skills in a cosmic conflict. Download now and experience the thrilling challenges that await you in this outer space adventure.

I very much enjoyed the first iron marines. I absolutely love Iron Marines Invasion. The combat feels even more intense and immersive, the adaptability of units has been improved, The heroes have a much more active role than before. And, of course, the art style is phenomenal. I cannot recommend it enough.May 10, 2024 08:40:01

Expected more depth, so many things that could have been added to make it more strategic and complex. E.g. a building to research upgrades for the units, specialisations for the towers... Also I don't understand at all the small missions, they repeat and get boring very fast, why not make the classic challenge levels once you beat the mission, like in the whole kingdom rush saga? Still a good game but too close to the prequel for me personally.May 10, 2024 01:27:12

I am just loving this game. Now including all the different species and units makes building a team fun and interesting. Also the types of missions are fun and challenging. This game is not exactly the same as the first Iron Marines. Instead of completing missions across one of 3 planet, you now complete lots of missions across many solar systems of planets. After completing a story mission on a planet it opens it up for extra missions to complete. This is great for collecting extra tech points.May 08, 2024 21:31:35

I have a rule. No microtransactions ever. However I have broken that rule on every ironhide game. So much fun, and I am more then happy to throw a few bucks at the team that consistently delivers a great mobile game. Would like to see a skirmish mode with random maps for replay ability but still love this game regardlessMay 08, 2024 18:54:51

Really good RTS game. Kinda wish there were more free heroes to play with but I guess it's fine. New units are interesting, dunno why they also had to be IAP blocked. Having a blast so far and I really like that the heroes now have another active ability unlike the first game. First few missions doesn't seem "newbie friendly" since it requires a little bit of knowledge to know what to do against the Raads like having to manually tap the portals and how one should avoid getting close from Pyres.May 08, 2024 09:33:20
