  A very good game overall, lots of the new features really add to the boring run-n-dodge gameplay from the first Sonic Dash. But it has its downsides. The animations feels soulless and incomplete, there's not much to do other then unlock characters and do quests, the game doesn't seem to get updated due to the fact there's no Sonic Movie event/characters, and it's repetitive but not as much as the first game. 7/10

  The gameplay is a bit more complex, and actually is more enjoyable. A big problem though is that the game, despite having a feature to save progress to Google Play Games, doesn't allow you to. I reinstalled Play Games, and tried more than three times and it still doesn't allow me to do it, which sucks because that feature helps out a lot for people who want to transfer their game progress to another device. Please fix.

  Overall, this game is good. It still needs some improvements though. Like being able to use dash in mid-air or during switching lanes, dash effect should be pausing while on a slide, shield not being removed while dash is active, username changes taking effect, allowing players to use just one to two runners. We've seen many games that has the same gameplay such as Temple Run, Subway Surfers etc. but if you want the game to stand out among the rest, it has to be the best.

  The game is definitely funner than somic dash, with more variation during the runs, but there's not enough. We get a repeating list of events and a small pool of characters to choose from--most of whom are pricey as heck, and you also need the red star rings to upgrade characters. If they could fix a few issues and add more content, the game would be golden.

  I enjoy this game, but Sonic Dash is better in four ways: 1. Bosses, I'm really missing it in this game 2. More Characters, I know there are way more characters in Sonic Boom than available . 3. Changes in road, where are the loopde loops, going underwater, etc? 4. More tracks, only three tracks? Really??? I also had a problem with the controls. I would swipe somewhere, then when I swipe to jump it changes my lane. Besides that, Sonic Boom is an enjoyable game, which I say... Download It!!!!!!!!

  From a gameplay standpoint, the game is as enjoyable as regular Sonic Dash. But; if you want to unlock and max everything, like me, it will take so long because of how long it takes to get Red Rings. Edit: I had to change my rating from 3 stars to 2 stars, because I found out that there's no cloud save. So all your progress will be basically for nothing once you delete the game.
