Game is technically great, everything is automatic and runs fine. Problem is the balance is atrocious and people don't play to have fun they play to win before you even play. Same generic decks doing everything while stopping you from doing anything. Boring. It's a shame because the concepts are cool but the execution is abysmal.Jul 18, 2024 19:34:56

The game is OK, but honestly it's too much at times. You have cards from all the different TV series, and I never watched past the 1st one. I have no idea how any of these other decks are supposed to work, and the game does not explain it well. Explain to me how a game that I'd only 4 screens has to load every single time I touch the screen. Had 5 stars but just the game errors that kick me off at any given moment. It wasnt happening before. Screen goes white after the duel or pauses then kicks me off. Or in the middle of the duel it will get frozen and stay that way. Of course I lose the duel. This really messes with my ranked record, and it's also very annoying to have to keep restarting the game every 4 to 10 minutes. It discourages me from even logging back into the game. Kind of fun but massive pay to win generally no point in playing if your not going to spend actual money. Games takes too long to down load and u can't leave it loading in the back ground just not touch your phone for about an hour and a half but come back every 10 mins so your phone doesn't self lock and the download stops and u have to start over. This game used to be about who can play the better strategy and build the better deck, card for card, not anymore. The essential spirit of the game is gone and it's become a huge money grab. Xyz, synchro, stack, link, pendulum, structure decks, and skills, suck the fun out of this game. Online duels, if you can't win on your first turn and summon 63 monsters in one turn, no need to even play. Take my word for it and let me save you the frustration. They cut the hand limit, field size, deck count BUT they didn't cut the damage and summoning loop limit within a turn of the monster cards that why this is S*cks. This game doesn't even have 2nd Phase turn before the end turn. You can't tribute a card after a normal summon. This game is just a killjoy game. Others can defeat you with just one turn. Duel master is way more better than this because this game just cramp cards altogether just to fit it within whether it's on the field, deck or hand.Jul 17, 2024 05:34:18
