Good in theory, I purchased the bitdefender box 2 after cujo ceased operating. I have need extra protection due to continuous targeting by people close by on my wifi. The first year went fine no issues I started to experience issues in the second year. query-why was my mobile device listed twice in connected devices? Followed their advice felt fobbed off. 6 months later after numerous attempts by someone to obtain credit in my name and my phone randomly texting numbers. Helpful app when it doesn't freeze on my Android phone. I had to uninstall and reinstall to get it working and froze in same place by next day. I hope they fix it as I just moved from Norton and seems to be a decent product. While Norton gives a lot of spam, it didn't freeze.Jun 01, 2024 05:28:15

Very poor experience. Do not bother with it. I purchased the VPN for a year and it messed up my laptop. Now even without the VPN connection, my connection is so desperately slow. That's it!
