I am writing this review sitting on the stairs right next to the easy box because the message telling me I can pick up the parcel said the code is on the app and I now have to wait here 5 minutes for the app to update. It's an advantage that this app exists, but it still has to improve. This is why I gave 3 stars: -every time you open the app it says session expired and you have to log in again and again -some AWB's when searched it says AWB doesn't exist although on the site you can see their status as normal Also, it'd be cool to be able to add AWB's to your account because some of them don't appear automatically although your phone number is associated with them.
