(my analyzer was not compatible with the app, the app should have a list to easily check it, thanks, I got a fast response, thanks guys)I was not able to stablish a connection with Fluke BT521, I turned the F button on and the icon appeared on the device screen but the Network that should appear in the wifi list of the phone never popped up, I tried with samsung and huawei devices.May 31, 2024 12:43:15

paid several hundred for a meter to connect with my phone. But with this app I see I wasted my money. Tried to create a new account, they said my email already has a account, so I did the reset password otion and got a message that a reset was sent. Nothing happened. No email was sent. There are 'new user' popups every.single.time you use this app. I DO NOT need to know that I can share with my colleagues. I DO NOT need to know that I should enable WiFi to connect to WiFi devices - I will NEVER have WiFi fluke devices so why am I being reminded EVERY SINGLE TIME I use this app? Why am I being reminded about work orders every single time I use the app? Why am I being repeatedly reminded about WiFi settings? So incredibly frustrating to use.May 31, 2024 06:39:03

Utterly abysmal app. Crashes every time I attempt to load the dashboard. Fluke is more than happy to charge an arm and a leg for their meters and accessories, but can't seem to invest in a functioning app that is supposed to a main selling point of their meters. It doesn't deserve one star. Horrible app. Slow. Useless with 279 FC. Can't transfer IR images. Fluke sucks. Look at Brymen. Better meters and lower cost. I will never purchase another Fluke product. Almost forgot the useless app always trys to upsell. You are nuts because basic functions don't work on the app so why would someone pay for garbage. Oh and why sell a 279 FC for 900 bucks and ship it with the crappy plastic clip instead of a magnetic clip? I hate Fluke. Overpriced junk!May 29, 2024 23:20:31

I mainly use this for battery discharge testing to measure Adc and Vdc with two meters. It would be nice if it were possible to combine the two meters into one graph within the app. Other than that, this has been a really useful feature!May 29, 2024 22:42:09
