App automatically selects restaurants that aren't anywhere near where I am. And if I don't triple check that, it will automatically change back after I've selected the correct restaurant manually. *Edit You state you've added a cancel option. That is nowhere in the order details or order information. I have followed up with you via email and screenshots showing that there is no such option. Terrible app. It doesn't stick to the location you normally go to, it just grabs the nearest one regardless of the direction you're headed and so when you pull up, Oops, they don't have your order because the app changed your location without asking. I forgot this is why I un-installed the app last time. I can't believe they still haven't fixed it. There's no way to force the location. Why have an option to favorite a location if it always defaults to the closest location. The one closest to me absolutley sucks. I like to travel a little bit further to go to the better location. Twice now I have placed a mobile order for the wrong location and I cant even get a refund for ordering at the wrong location. Terrible app design. No joke, McDonald's actually has the cleanest, most efficient app of all food-ordering apps. It's very fast, every option is right where you need it at the moment you think to search for it, e.g. you can immediately upgrade an item to the full meal with a button press, as opposed to grubhub where every permutation of a possible order is splayed out as a separate item. Slow, slow, SLOW. Has been for years. Nothing you tap on this app ever just... loads. I'm always waiting for it to catch up. Startup is the worst, why does it take a full 10 seconds for an app to load? The most frustrating thing is having deals be expended without you actually using them, but locking you out of trying again for 15 minutes anyway. However, it doesn't allow you to use any rewards functions until you give it full location access, meaning that even setting the permissions to 'ask every time' it won't work properly.
