I'm pregnant and in order to reduce the risk of contact, I use this app hoping to reduce time when I'm out. Unfortunately, when I reached the bank, the security guard do not let me in. And when I'm keep on insisting that i have appointment, then only they allow me to go in after 15 mins of waiting outside, saying that there's something wrong with the system, and my number did not show up. It is good that the gov has try to fasten their service by doing this app, but unfortunately the apps is down when I am trying to take number for Jabatan Imigresen. It says the service is down. Made appointment with RHB bank, turns out this app is nothing more than a dummy appointment system. Reached the branch at 11.15am for a 11.30am appointment and I was told to queue outside for my turn. Once I stepped into the branch its another 30min+ of waiting. No queue number was issued. I had to ask the lady mending the reception multiple times if someone is attending to me. Bad experience.May 26, 2024 08:32:13

Worst app ever. Everytime i wanna get a ticket it won't available. Like whatttttttt...... my data and wifi is stable so i dont know what is wrong with it.
