Can't even create account. Postal code is obligatory but app will not accept any postal code. I tried 1/2/3/4/5 figures different postal codes but none of them accepted so we can't move to next step.May 27, 2024 09:47:44

Dispite having used this multiple times with the NHS partnership I've now been signed up as a pay as you go patient. There doesn't seem to be any way to change this back, so I'm assuming it's now just another private healthcare provider - time to delete it I guessMay 26, 2024 18:46:54

App doesn't work on older phones. Had to postpone my appointment until tech support looked into why the app crashed on opening every time and it turns out it's my phone that won't support the app so I couldn't use this service and now have to wait a month for a phone call from the GP (my phone's not even that old.) Please do not use this app. This is the start of tearing our rights to GP's away from us. Patients are just a number to Livi, they just allocate the maximum amount of patients to GP's possible to get paid. This is the selling of the NHS. I booked an appointment, waited for 2 days, logged on and waited, for the appointment to be cancelled and rescheduled for another 4 days away. Very pleased to update to 5 stars after my 3rd video call succeeded (I was unable to answer the rearranged video call on previous two attempts) Experience this time was perfect & I would definitely use this App again as my preferred option versus in person appointments.
