*Updated 13/11/23: Morons run this company. Updated 26/10/22: Booked UFC PPV for $39.95. As you can see it's valid for 3 days, however on the 3rd day, (not 72 hours), it was unavailable. So not only is their app junk, they're False advertising. Used to be an excellent app until you ruined it with a complex, unnecessary update that makes the experience annoying and impossible. Won't even cast replays, just goes live which is the whole point of getting SSN. Nobody to call and chat is a joke.May 28, 2024 22:24:25

All the marketing about new features and, as usual, absolutely no delivery at all. None of the features works properly, the volume keeps going up out of nowhere, the way to watch something that is not live is ridiculous, absolutely difficult to navigate. Everything is soooo slow!! At least the website used to be a good option for casting, now not even that works anymore. I guess it's time to cancel my subscription. Disappointed!May 28, 2024 06:35:47

App struggles to work. Have to open and close it many times to get it to load and even then it often doesn't pair with Chromecast. Sub par for what you'd expect Sky to put out, especially with the price tag and having a monopoly on sport. I expect far better, but sadly have to use it due to having no other good streaming services for sport in NZ.May 27, 2024 13:29:32

Got this for the super rugby. Super rugby is good, but this app is terrible. It sometimes starts casting when I flip my phone from portrait to landscape, icons often don't fit on the screen, various other things. I also noticed the picture quality when set to high quality on my tablet is very poor. I tried via the website and found the picture quality to be dramatically improved.May 26, 2024 23:18:18
