Absolutamente una inutilidad de app. No me permite adjuntar recibos medicos , recetas, nada! Me da error en todo. La anterior app no permite otra cosa que acceder a esta nueva. Dkv no responde, su facilidad de chat otra inutilidad, frustración nivel diez, ya me llega tener que lidiar con mi enfermedad como para tener que estar pegándome con esta porquería. Worst app ever, when try to chat with the virtual assistant, the layout is horrible and doesn't allow you to check what you are writing. The functionalities offered are mainly useless. You can't book appointments online or check your next appointments. The only thing that seems to work is the reimbursement section. Save space in your phone. Barely usable. Problems: - My address can't be set into your application. The application always "fixes" it to a Malagan address silently. This caused our cards delivered to the wrong address. - We have a family package and my wife can't see the cards of the kids, only me (the policy holder). - My wife can't use the search for the doctor option, she selects herself, clicks on next, and an appears: select a patient ... but it is already selected.
