Should have a chat transcript sent to the email address for future reference. Should allow communication using email to address queries or concerns. Should also automatically disable data to prevent excess charges when data limit and SMSes or voice calls minutes is reached. Can't log in with registered email.. "No Active account found" .. Can't pay bill through axs or sam. Need to go to Hq to pay n download form to activate credit card.. not user friendly. Ps. I've been using it for almost a year now, there wasn't any problem till I've to update the app to lastest version. Let alone they increased the bill amount without any notice, Now I'm unable to login. It keeps showing wrong password. Definitely not a one stop app that diverts to website where user has to start navigating from the start. Otp on website also takes minutes to come if ever. And clicking resend otp only results in the previous otp getting sent to you, which is unusable. Myrepublic also resets the recurring payment info causing payment lapse and send out a failed payment notice to you instead. The online chat is only during office hours and the chatbot is dumb. They have good service, but very little customer service. The Chatbot keeps going around in circles and I can't even get to speak to a real person to assist me at all!!! What's the use of having a chat function when it doesn't let me go beyond the bot, who cannot help me!!!!! Even the website chat bot sucks! I'm sorry to share this app has some basic issues. I.e. the menu button is place somewhere top right. After I found it the menu options are not visible. I would recommend investing more time in user research and user experience to make the app more intuitive to use.May 19, 2024 18:32:01
