I've had the system/app for 4 years now, and have been quite happy with most of the app's functionality, and of course I'm very pleased with the ability to control my entire music collection from my chair with any number of devices! One glitch that's just manifested however: I have a Samsung/ android phone, and sometime in the last couple of months I 'lost' the slider bar feature allowing me to quickly scroll through the artist list - hoping it's a bug with a quick fix from Bluesound.

When it works, it works... however... For the last two weeks I have been experiencing dropouts with the connection between the app and the hardware. I have tried rebooting the Node2i, reinstalling the app - but no joy. I can't even access the help function on the app. Sometimes, randomly, it works fine - mostly not. It definitely seems like an app issue as the buttons on the device still work and the device will play the last track that was being played before the dropout. Some help required.

Solid app. Needs some improvements. Sometimes a device from the list goes missing and comes back later on. And sometimes, the app goes into a loop trying to connect to streaming services. But majority of the time it is fine. The design is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Please keep up the good work and flush out some of the issues remaining.

The latest upgrade is unstable. It keeps losing players. I have had to reboot players 3 times in the last few days then the App sees them again. Just now the app lost a player so I transferred the playing to another player and could hear it in the other room but then the music stopped snd the circle round the play arrow showed it was now hunying fir the music then the 1st player came back. It's chaos. Fundamentally unstable. Please withdraw it and roll back to a previous version. It's unusable

I have spent well over 1k on Bluesound speakers, but despite the stunning audio clarity the hardware is able to produce, I'm left wondering why I bothered! The App is the primary controller for all speakers, and is used to control the flow of audio, group units, and channel playlists (etc) from third party apps, like Tidal. In order for the speakers to work, as advertised, this application is essential. But it isn't fit for purpose; It disconnects constantly and crashes almost every time!

Will not find my player after updating the app, even being directly plugged into my router. So incredibly frustrating! The node-2i works great when you get it up and running. The problem is the BluOS app is very glitchy and requires a lot of patience. Tech support finally got back to me with a solution. I needed to do a factory reset. After a simple update? It was a little much.
