Приложение самостоятельно закрывает невыполнение заявки. Вернуть невыполненную заявку в работу можно только написав сотруднику ПИК в чат. Невыполненные заявки по исключению страховки, например, закрывались через минуту после создания.May 17, 2024 17:32:33

Надо добавить возможность заново открыть заявки, которые были закрыты оператором. Половина моих заявок по поломке лифта, невывозе переполненного мусорного контейнера на протяжении недели, отсутствия уборки за 2 недели и тп, основательных заявок короче, закрывают через 2 часа после создания и ничего не делают.
