I am using this app. From right the moment of establishment. With out pre-hand info. I got a message as my pincod expired. Now couldn't fix it. Neither call or messages center 127 is not responding. I don't know whether this happened only to me with due info or else too.Apr 23, 2024 23:42:52

It is best app it contains another many apps with high security not mentioning its speed .However it has some problems like sign in (sometimes it doesn't allow me to sign in even if I turn on mobile data Which is the same SIM as telebirr account is opened )and pls add dark mode feature . Here is the reason why i rate this app 1 *, this last update is just the worst than the previous versions of the telebirr. There are number of ways in which am disappointed. First, this the last update is not working under wifi network. So, how i supposed to use it incase i have no balance?. I know there are some improvements in security side, that is cool as it is your mandatory to keep our privacy. But this last updates is not giving us freedom to use it freindly.Apr 22, 2024 08:57:58

It was perfect but now you are crushing the app with useles update. I am getting tired of this app. Doesn't work on wifi Too many texts On mela credit service there is daily fee that is so funy. How on earth you just let custemers pay everyday. That is disgusting honestly. Please work on those issues.
