I use to really love this app it was my go to for leads and helped me get my business up and running but they made so many changes it doesn't even feel like the same app it causes so much confusion for customers just trying to look and they accidentally book and cost pros alot of money and they dont care to fix it cause they now force us to pay for the lead immediately and they have raised the prices to and insane amount. A lead in which you never correspond with the customer seems to count a legitimate to thumbtack. I'm not paying for leads customers don't respond to. It's not possible to close a job if you never speak to the customer.Apr 20, 2024 02:41:55

This by far has been one of the worst apps I have used, they send leads that are fake, they also send leads on weekends when my business is closed, it is not worth the money they charge for the leadsApr 18, 2024 06:29:30

The program works to get you in touch with clients, but it's a very high price, and about 1/4 of the clients will ghost you. Seriously, nothing beyond the initial contact that you pay for. Thumbtack, you need to do something about pre-screening the clients first. For pros, I'm recommending that you set an up-front fee to hopefully weed those types out.Apr 18, 2024 03:21:21
