This is a really easy app to use, and has a decent range of things to log that could impact on body functions or mood. The developer is also *really* responsive to questions and looking at fixes.Apr 20, 2024 11:07:25

Love this app! Easy to use and not over engineeres. I just want to enter what I ate, not calories, not photos nothing fancy. And this app allows me to do that.Apr 20, 2024 02:22:22

Excellent concept! I definitely want to use this app once I have established a good habit of logging my food regularly, which I think will provide the most use out of this. Nice of them to share some initial insights from the aggregated data at the start to get a sense of the app's value. I'm coming back to it later - leaving a review because I really support your idea and haven't seen anything else like it!Apr 19, 2024 21:54:25

Seems cool BUT how to disable vibrate when doing thing in the app. There is nothing in settings. Great potential, but seem lacking in liue of pointless "features" like : users will love vibrate when setting time of activity. Edit: Ok, for quick and clear reply I have to bump up the rating!Apr 19, 2024 11:10:27

It's so easy to use and affordable. Love every aspect of it. I was trying to find an app that would help me document my health journey and most of them were confusing and expensive. This works for me and can be shared with the nurse/doc when I need to.Apr 18, 2024 19:43:14

It is promoted as free, but is not useful without insights/ analysis that req subscription. I'm not convinced yet it's worth paying for, so you will lose me. The evidence- base seems meagre & I it gives "insights" that cerainly don't match my experienceApr 18, 2024 18:37:27
