Terrible app and poor smart meters. App hasn't updated balance accurately ever and hasn't updated at all since early Novemeber. Easy to top up on the app.... but the amount doesn't go on the meter, even after entering the codes into smart meter, then updates days later. Never sure quite how much credit is on the meters and Customer service haven't been helpful.Apr 19, 2024 23:41:52

Useless app. Have set up fingerprint login but everytime I log in it logs me out then asks for login and password. They only care about charging extortionate fees for energy and not about how customers can check how much they are paying. Still no improvement to this app. Maybe they could spend as much time on improving the app as they spend on putting up prices at every opportunity. Their smart meter is also totally useless. Absolutely abysmal app. Supposed to update every so often in a day! Does not. I topped up £20 yesterday morning, but this morning, it still hasn't updated the balance! I went on a smart meter as i am disabled and difficult to get out. The amount of stress and anxiety over this app is unacceptable.Fed up with it. Useless.Apr 18, 2024 22:54:01

Not in the slightest bit accurate. The app runs about 3 days behind so never shows the correct balance. doesn't match with the smart meters or meters in home, the payments never add to the meters you have to manually credit them all in all not smart technology at all. The app tells you when your running low but if you go on it it updates so slowly that it's often a day behind and you have no idea the exact amount you have on the meter. It's hopeless. Not only that they have taken away the ability to transfer funds beetween the Gas and Electric so there is no flexibility.Apr 17, 2024 06:40:06

It started well but recently it won't give me my daily gas usage only when it feels like it but I am getting daily electricity usage. I tried contacting Eon Next but didn't get a satisfactory reply. Previously they told me they couldn't supply me with a new smart meter display as it is broken as we have a first generation smart metre. SO I really needed this app to work.Apr 15, 2024 23:53:15
