The online help was somewhat useful BUT the nameless person just left the conversation without saying they were done trying to help. I was told to fix my issue myself and definitely don't contact them for 5 days. Meanwhile my bill is suddenly so much higher and idk why.Apr 13, 2024 18:50:31

5 days in a row this app wants me to change to finger or face which doesn't activate. Everytime l log in it sends me a text code if you don't log on with the correct code (it doesn't show the word show) it locks you out for 24 hours. If you have a disability or fat finger and don't make the one minute locked out 24 hours and AI controls that, you can't get on your app when you are using it to especially manage kids usage for phones you own. App is flawed and annoying to use. I paid my "overdue" almost two weeks ago using this "app" which is supposed to make things easier only to see that, (1) my payment did not post and (2) there is no explanation as to why things didn't work out. Horrible website. Password never saved. Even when I enter the password then it wants a pin but doesn't send me texts to let me so then I still can't log into the app. It's stupid. If I put my password in I shouldn't also have to enter a pin that is never texted to me.Apr 13, 2024 13:49:50

I live in a rural area and Internet was the hardest thing for us to get we went through 3 different companies until we came across Verizon Internet and let me tell you they don't disappoint. No issues and fast speeds my husband is a gamer and that was the biggest issue with the other Internet companies let me tell you now with Verizon there's no lagging and he loves it. Seems to work well. Can't cancel visual voicemail from the app which is a frustration. But, it works for other stuff. Edit: the continuous "Rate us on Google" popups AFTER I rated it years ago is proving to be annoying.Apr 13, 2024 06:57:49
