Riders complaining that one booking payment is not enough and resort to double or multilple bookings and mostly not informing the customer. Please fix the bugs on the app. Rider has picked up the items yet the app isn't updated. Still says heading to sender when rider has collected and otw to deliver. Unless youre willing to wait for more than an hour for the drivers to deliver your goods from point A to point B, go ahead and download this app. Drivers dont prioritize fast delveries.
