Not an actual app! This is setup to link to mobile website. You still need to login and authenticate with a code sent to mobile. I shouldnt need to login each occasion, maybe set a pin instead. However after several attempts i still do not receive a code to my mobile. Why not give people a choice to send to email instead, but this aint an app. So frustrating to use i end up calling Belong. my contract is up soon and im switching to a different provider, not because im unhappy with the service,but! because the app is so bad, its glitchy it wont let me sign in with the password i have, it wont let me change my password, very frustrating, i cant manage my account unless i sign in!! put the biometric option on this app do away with the old method of accessing account. you get 1 star only because i cant write rating without one, no starsApr 07, 2024 22:40:52

The app has broken biometric login. Pretty sure it happened last big update. All the review responses seem to say biometric login only on one device like we are all stupid. Feels a little like gaslighting. Maybe the update overrode a bunch of users settings and Belong database now thinks people have installed on other devices? Personally I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Calling for support got the "It must be your device. Check your settings". Great service other than that.Apr 07, 2024 17:46:34

Haven't seen this app work properly since I chose to port my phone number over to Belong Mobile. Not even sure what the app interface looks like now: I'm usually just met with a white screen that refuses to close when I try to exit the program. Very strange. This app was great till a few days ago Can't open it to check my account etc have tried a couple of times to contact support, through email, sent them a snapshot of the screen of my mobile, no luck so far, so I had to uninstall the app for now Because of above, regrettably i can only give them 2 stars The criticism is for the app, not for the Belong service which is great! I am very happy to change my review to a 5 star Reinstalled the app, just to give it another shot and it's working again!Apr 05, 2024 16:07:45

I don't know why other people are saying that the app is bad, I am not having any troubles with the app. My experience with the app has been great. I love it how you can gift your friends data. For $10 I get unlimited texts, unlimited calls, and 1GB of data that rollsover to the next month if I haven't used it up yet.
