The app doesn't work properly, it failed to recognise my address on the id and picked up a different random city on map. Maybe is only with my device because all friends that are using it never had this kind of issue. On top of what others added about how slow the app is, I noticed that it doesn't often update the Utlity Payments section. If I pay a bill through another app or in an office, in the TBi bank app it still shows as unpaid, other bank apps update these a lot more frequently. Otherwise great app so far, love the saving pots option, a nice feature would be a "spare change" pot like in other banks. Broken/ missing functionalities, fake fallback screen for bad internet connection when something in the app fails, fake identity check (it is just a timer, nothing is being checked, probably this is for the non working hours), after this check wrong redirect to the pin setup screen (which is already set) and when the pin is set once again nothing happens the app fullbacks to the bad internet connection screen which is funny. The application crashed several days ago and I have reached to the support. They are unable to help and keep telling me the same thing. Uninstall the app, try it again, which obviously I tried before even reaching out to them. Now i am in a foreign country and unable to operate with my money. So far so good. I tested blink payments in BGN -flawless. Card registration is pretty secured by many steps and works as expected. Money withdrawal went smooth too. App updates the home screen a bit slower. My Utility (Electricity) bill was retrieved for older period. Issue reported to call center.
