This is so bad. Starting up screen took more than a minute. After doing payment, the app will restart to the login page. Having to click on the pending status to check whether the payment have gone through. What had happened?! It wasnt like this previously!Dec 21, 2024 00:18:01

Something has made the app stuck on its info page. When I open the app, it goes from "Loading Resources" to "Loading Tutorial" and then stays stuck at the new app capabilities page. App not developed with user in mind. All information keyed in resets when I switch windows to retrieve OTP code. Considering not all phones have multi-window function, payment through this app is very difficult. Last time I use this app to sign in my account after I send my phone for service & factory reset whole phone & re-install again this app I unable to get back my account with data save in it. It doesn't make sense that debit card payment for bills is only allowed via master card and not visa and the other options are redundant because it doesn't even work.
