This was my favorite recording app until I got a Pixel 4a, since which time it has been recording garbled and unusable audio. The developer doesn't have time to chase down bugs in this phone model specifically, which is understandable, and I hope that he, in turn, will understand that my review has to reflect my experience on the device I'm currently using. Maybe on my next phone my review will be four stars again. For now it is what it is. Not recommended for Pixel 4a.Nov 29, 2024 13:34:48

This was a useful app now it absolutely sucks. They took away the edit feature and made it subscription. They also turned their "stealth" notification on top of my phone screen to a blinking white dot. Their choice but I'm actively seeking a new recorder with free edit and I will uninstall this POS immediately. Thanks for fixing what wasn't broke morons.Nov 29, 2024 02:44:29

UPDATE Sept 2017 every update it gets better. Easy to stop a current recording and discard. Love the ability to auto upload into various cloud services, amazing! Other subtle changes send my congrats to developer. Original review: I have tried 5 different sound apps, and this is my favorite. It is nice and simple.
