8 am really likeing this app. I not been doing meditation for long, so this help me to do it, you fill a questionaire in and it tells you which meditions would be best for you. It also help if you suffer with depression and anxiety. Which I do, so I could it really helpful last year, when I found out I had Parkinson's, and was ready down, and wondering what life had in-store for me, but this really did help me deal with my problems and come to terms with my health.
