Awful, dont waste money on it, tech support is useless! 3 years later and I still have issues -- I continue to have issues with my PAID subscription!!! I'm signed into my google account, says its in my subscriptions. I'm tired of trying the "support" offered by tech support, nothing has worked. Clearing cache, uninstalling, reinstalling doesnt work, whats the point of paying for this if it doesnt work?Sep 30, 2024 14:24:15

I have been using PhotoDirector for 6 mos, & bought the premium subscription for the sole purpose of using "AI Scene" and "AI Replace" as part of my business creativity tools. I had saved almost 100 custom settings which I used almost daily. I am livid that these two tools were DUMPED without notice in the latest update! Now "AI Scene" is merely 10 filters you can apply to an image, which is NOT the same functionality *at all* & "AI Replace" & all my custom settings are GONE. *Not OK* at all!Sep 30, 2024 13:55:06
