  Hi I just started using this app this year. And I love it. But after recent update, I can't seem to like it anymore. I'm a free user so I don't mind the ads but what I DON'T like is the SHUFFLE. Sure I can skip (limited), but I wish I can just play the songs whenever I want. Especially if I want to listen this 1 song. Also when I search new songs, different songs came out. Even this is in shuffle mode. Why? It used to be so easy to find songs. Now this app is not user-friendly anymore.

  What spotify has done to its app is shocking. 500 characters is insufficient to express my frustration. 1. When connected to wifi/cellular, if I search for a song/artist/album it will initially only search offline. 2. Use the locally stored version of my music even when on wifi/cellular. Edit: per your request, I reinstalled and updated, no improvement. During a recent flight I was unable to access ~half my downloads. If functional requires a phone call, maybe it's time I switch

  Great app, but I have a problem with it. A big one. I add songs to a playlist and hit play, but one or two of the songs IVE picked actually play. Then it skips to some random song that's not there. That leads to me skipping to actually get to the songs on my playlist, using up my skips until it say "uh oh, you need premium." It's one problem, but a huge one that effects my whole listening.

  Geez. After the update of the app, my listening experience has turned bad. They limited the lyrics and you can't even choose a song in your playlist cause its just randomly play a given song in a playlist,plus it is so annoying. But the app is good for listening music, podcasts, etc. Only if you're a person who has so much patience for the amount of ads.

  The free version is practically useless for how i listen to music. You cant queue songs or pick a song to listen to. You can only shuffle playlists. The audio quality is not good. The songs were compressed so much that there is no depth in them. Youtube music has more ads and somtimes doesnt have lyrics but it is much better overall, since you acually pick what you want to listen to, and the songs are good quality.

  Lots of adds! Can't choose to Lister to specific part of a song or change it with another. Can't see the lyrics as it always says " can't load the lyrics" . Sometimes when it luckily loads the lyrics, it says that you have specific limit per month to view lyrics. This is outrageous! Soo much changes in the app which are highly disappointing. I used to be regular listener but not anymore.
