App was ok. However, shortly after installing this app yoga.io tried to take £38 payment three times. Being as this is the only thing to do with yoga that I have ever used, I can only chalk it down to the app, payment blocked at the bank, and the app uninstalled.Mar 26, 2024 03:45:42

I haven't started, yet, I have a cold. 5 Stars, for the hope the app has given. Homeless, & employed, Worked 2, of 3, jobs, this year, & not reacting well to reduced hours, from the employer paying the most, & allowing the most hours. The advertisement said I would get a workout that was adjustable to my needs, however there is no place provided here for me to tell you about a disability I have with my right Arm, which does not allow me to straighten it or lift it even to shoulder height. Very disappointed. This app lures you in with a survey that claims to be building a personalized plan, then they sell you the plan, but when you open the app, it dumps you into a generic plan that has nothing to do with all of the survey questions you answered. This app is deceptive and useless. It's basically just a bunch of simple yoga workouts. Save your money and just watch them on YouTube.Mar 24, 2024 22:25:21
