I thought Link2O was bad…well, this is even worse. Non-responsive, hub disconnects randomly, always offline, cannot change pool lights color, crashes, etc. I wonder how Pentair can release an app this bad to their customers. I upgraded from LinkedIn to the Pentair Home App. It is very much easier to use. Clear tiles represent each device that is being run under the main Intelliconnect control center. I had a bug occur where my color light would only give me a white option. I deleted the color light device from under the Intelliconnect. When I tried to use the Add a Device option, it did not have a color light as a device. You must select the Intelliconnect itself and select ADD under Relays at bottom.Mar 13, 2024 16:25:03

Will not stay connected for more than a day or two and my LED light will not change colors. I have had issues since I had Pentair installed. Poor app and design for such a big company and to have a pool system without manual controls.Mar 09, 2024 20:57:14
