This is such an utter waste app compared to the previous one. Earlier atleast customer had option to report if the ticket was closed without attending by the corrupt and lazy officials now this app is in hands with them encouraging them not to work and just close the complaints. THIS IS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME TO PUBLIC. ALL MY COMPLAINTS RAISED IN THIS APP WERE CLOSED WITHOUT SOLVING BUT IN PREVIOUS APP SINCE I USED TO REPOEN AGAIN AND AGAIN ISSUES WERE BEING SOLVED.Mar 21, 2024 01:59:13

Typical app to fool the public. No grievances are addressed. You are still at the mercy of the officer who will never respond or ignore the evidence you upload and close your complaint by calling it a fake complaint. No option to escalate or even reopen the complaint. This app definitely deserves infinite negative stars! Sadly, that option is also not available. Edit: Looks like they have again disabled sending SMS since April 2021. So you will never know what has happened to you complaints.Mar 16, 2024 01:04:52
