App sucks, just filters for editing, needed something for my business posts "hair". This is just a cheap knock off on Instagram. I messed up and didn't read the fine print when I downloaded and enrolled in a "free" trial which I believe was for 3 days and then got charged $20 ... totally my fault but save yourself the trouble. No refunds and NO way to contact support.

The app is probably one of the best apps out there with lots of filters and possibilities for editing. There are still some things to improve and that's why I'm considering withdrawing my yearly subscription. The thing is my photos lose a lot of quality, especially when applying borders and then I find them unusable. Also, it would be good if highlights and shadow could go to negative values just like all the other parameters.

I've been using and enjoying the app and my vsco membership for years. Since the last update, every time I try to edit a photo, it just shows a black screen. The tool bar is visible, but only export options work. Nothing in the Q&A worked. Reinstalling the app (after backing up my data) didn't work. I even connected to my PC and deleted the entire app folder and reinstall, still didn't work. Please fix this bug!!!! Update: bug fixed after a week, thanks!

I loved all the filters and really wish I'd had more time to explore the app (the free week was great, I just happen to have a horrible cold). Ultimately, I couldn't commit to paying for a full year up front without knowing how much I'd end up using it, though I definitely would've signed up for another month at the monthly rate (which is given for informational purposes, but is not a payment option) had that choice been available to me.

I love VSCO! I think it is such a freeing and creative platform that fosters growth with visual medias such as photos and videos. I love the design and simplicity of the app. It's very easy for anyone to use. I do have a few critiques. Sometimes it has a few glitches in it(ex: changing the thumbnail of photos while scrolling, distorting images if I don't allow location to be shown). In fact, when I choose to display location, it shows nothing about the location of the photo. Wish I could DSCO

Very user friendly. I can correct lighting and color slack on those "perfect" photos. Montage is so much fun to use. Wish there was draft saving for that and being able to add music and live stickers, but there are other apps for that. Not that big of a let down; I still use it on many photos and videos. One downside, it crashes a lot when using videos on montage and have to start over, or it will let you finish it, but it won't save or post it having start over anyway.
