Always great food, extremely easy to navigate through app and customize your order, no up-charge on making your drink a Lrg one and LOVE the bonus rewards that come with it... and it's all for a good cause..? What's not to love about it? Great job, overall! I always try to give a little something extra for the FF support fund at checkout too... I've had horrible issues and customer no-service since they updated the App. I lost over 100,000 points and they never acknowledged. The App doesn't show my account details and doesn't reflect a point balance. I'm so disappointed I've stopped eating at Firehouse.Mar 21, 2024 16:35:30

Severe loading issues. Every single page load takes over a minute even with the app being the only thing running. I can't tell if it's frozen. The rewards points change was also abysmal. I'm going to order Five Guys because I can't redeem my points right now lolMar 20, 2024 06:13:46
