I've never had so much trouble with an app. I can't log into my account, and I can't verify my account on my laptop, and then I can't even use it afterpay because i can't log in. This is just stupid. I have been using Afterpay for years but over the last couple of years I have had a few operations so I couldn't pay my payments on time so they closed my account but I always told,them,I never missed a,payments most off the,time I paid,off my payments untill I went in hospital now,I can't,use the app but something nobody knows if any of there,families or friends they are,allowed to use there account even if they don't pay on timeAug 05, 2024 10:48:00

I've been using the service constantly and consistently since September. I've never missed a payment and often pay what I owe weeks ahead of when it's due. I've made multiple large purchases, and my profile is verified, yet my limit doesn't seem to increase, and none of this is helping my credit score. I hope your going to sort out my payments for me. I can't get in to pay them and see what needs paying while i have my pay. If I end up not being able to pay things that's your fault and you can sort it. I've been trying to get into the app for days. I now have more important things to pay for after the Christmas day storms and not having power.
