Also it'll say "Just one more second.." Lol no. I've been waiting for the app to update me on the ride for 15 minutes. It's a nightmare Just say it'll take forever to get me a driver, don't bait me with the "See more info in 1-5 minutes!" "Just a minute!" "A couple more seconds!" Hate that so much. Error message kept prompting me for a 2nd payment type. Added about 6. Support said they weren't allowed to tell me why they couldn't accept the ONE payment type. So instead of creating an interface that rejects/errors a payment type they can't use, they make people jump through an endless cycle of adding payment types. Finally found one that worked, and it had me wait over two hours with "Just a few seconds..." to tell me no one was available. Keep up the great work everyone!Aug 05, 2024 01:12:24

There should be an option to lay a complaint against drivers who let you wait for 15 minutes and just when they are about to arrive they cancel. The app location is also lately messed up. The driver is a whole block away from my pickup pin, yet the app shows he has arrived and starts counting down the time. So I have to walk to him, I phoned and messaged him but he doesn't answer? Lyft overcharges for their rides. I live 15 mins from work and the fee is $30,50 if it is raining out, a taxi is cheaper. The train is 8 mins from my job and it's still anywhere from $13 to $20, that's ridiculous and the discounts when you pay for pink aren't discounts.
