This app has now introduced the very annoying "reCapchat" before given you a phone number, and to know if you are "human or robot" which sounds asinine as they have other ways, yet the "reCaptcha" freezes when you click on it and won't give you any squares to click on. It will also will give you MULTIPLE spam calls from whatever area code you chose (it did one again as I was writing this review). And Even if you block them they will just keep calling you or chose another number with same area. Until that is fixed I will not recommended this app! As it is NOT EVEN WORKING RIGHT NOW as the reCaptcha freezes and never stops spinning when you click on it!Aug 04, 2024 22:09:29

Would rate this app 0 stars if I could, this is the second time I've created an account, all to open the app back up the same day to find out that my account just vanished into thin air and my login information is apparently incorrect, even with a verified email. I love this app. Nice texting, quick suggestions replies, and nice interface. But you guys should try and update most of the contents. I've been trying to redeem my coins watching videos but they never credited me and I've watched so many videos. And sometimes the messages keeps replying twice and it's so frustrating and the ads are so very much. You guys should try and work on those. Thank you!Aug 04, 2024 08:26:37

Update: Will not receive talls or texts, or they will arrive months to about a year later. Currently was using for 4 years prior to uninstalling. Previous: Had to remove a star for the sole reason that I'm forced to force close the app in order for the notification ringtone to shut down. Could be the worst text app. Non stop crashes. If you're lucky to open it and send a text, it will be followed by ridiculously loud and obnoxious ad music, impossible to avoid. Each time you manage to send one measly text, you pay the price by being ambushed by loud music. Do NOT bother with Next Plus! Update, replying to their response- not sure if English language is their issue? I never mentioned credits! In the past few months, it is very annoyed that I can't receive nor send messages. It sometimes gives an error message but other cases, nothing. The recipient complained that my message was not received and when I get back into N+, my message was no longer there in the conversation list. This problem consistently occurs when refreshing the Messages tab and N+ does not return. The fix is to exit, kill the app, get back in.
