Cześć! Been using it for a little over 3 years (time flies). Lovely app! The UI overhaul is fine even though as some pointed out it's a bit more complicated, but still it's clean. The UX has some issues because of the intrusive ads and the weird pro/no ads split payment. While I get why the ads are there, I do not understand the thought behind the two different payments. I was about to buy the pro version and I could but I decided to protest it just because it does not include the no ads part. It sounds like a small issue but in the world of UI/UX, it can easily stun and throw you off. It still deserves 5 stars because of it's uniqueness and some nostalgia too.Jul 23, 2024 15:29:17

I've found the analysis quite thought-provoking, though it's very brief. The art itself is reasonably varied. In short, the app is fun without requiring beforehand an education focused on the arts. There's a small problem with the English translation at times; also some of the commentary is much better than others. It's always worth reading, though, and the art is outstanding.Jul 23, 2024 10:18:34

I've been using Daily Art for nearly 2 years now (not daily though, probably weekly!) and love it. So escapist! 5 stars for the rich details it gives for each artwork, the range of works, and for how it makes them so accessible and engaging for me. You can favourite pieces and see how many others have too which is a nice touch. I preferred the older design & would love to view Saved Favourites, but what a brilliant free app and I've not had issues with ads so far either.Jul 23, 2024 09:11:51

Reinstalled it on my new tablet. It's weird that it's not optimzed for tablets when it should be a perfect app for tablets with the big screen. It doesn't have a dark mode too, not because of the glare, but because I have a vision impairment that makes black text on a white background hard to read. It takes me 3x as long to read those kind of text. It's not categorized as far as I can tell (because of visual problems, of course) because even though I don't know what I like, I'm pretty sure I'm not a fan of modern art. I also wish I could set my own notification time, because I'd like to look at it when I'm in bed when I'm done every other thing I needed to do that day. 5 PM is nowhere close to my relax-in-bed time.Oh why don't you look at it anytime when you're in the mood then? Well, because I like my notification place clean of clutter when I settle in for the night and though it's a great app, It's nowhere near a priority in my head when I'm wrapped up in my blanket.I paid for the premium features though, It just could have been better, I feel it hasn't change much since the first time I installed it 4-5 years ago. Dark mode's a thing now.Jul 23, 2024 00:43:10

This app is easily one of my new favorites. The daily dose is perfect, as it allows one to wholly appreciate each, instead of mindlessly fumbling through without stopping to read and enjoy. The descriptions are great, and the ability to zoom in is fantastic. Every app should allow that feature. I look forward to seeing this app grow and develop. Edit 1: I decided to spring for the paid version and an enjoying the updates and features. However, I miss the dark theme considerably. Please bring this back! Edit 2: Lowering rating due to recent posting of "art" in the form of photography. This app should focus on paintings, with some sculpture and the like. Photography, in my opinion, has no business here. Edit 3 (9/15/18): Lowering rating to one star. I've been dealing with the cringe worthy ":)" and the like scattered about the descriptions of the pieces presented daily, but today sealed the deal. I've decided, despite having the paid version, to delete and uninstall this app. There is no place, no earthly reason to choose a "painting" from a Netflix cartoon as the daily art. With the world's catalog of art, this is what was chosen? I look to apps like this as a way to escape certain aspects of our culture. I fear this to be a trend this app will follow, and this I've no need to be party to it. How sad, as this app was one of the best. I recommended often, but can no longer.Jul 22, 2024 09:43:20

I'm presented with a lovely work of art each day and a short but valuable text to help me appreciate it.Jul 21, 2024 10:32:11
