Pros: none. Cons: everything. After initially testing with the 7-day trial, I went ahead and bought a full subscription and it has been nothing but problems. Nothing worked from the get-go. My payment to buy the subscription never went through and had to contact support to get my service activated, which some how broke my login on PC (mobile worked fine), and after multiple attempts of contacting support for that issue, they simply don't seem to care...Mar 19, 2024 11:51:24

I give it five (5) stars. It has been a hit and miss service at times, but in all fairness, i have been using pure vpn for over a year and it has been more often a hit than a miss. Keep in mind that occasionally, the connection does not work. I guess like any other vpn services out there. Works great for streaming on the more popular platforms (Netflix, Amazon, MLB, nhl, etc). This app is frustrating and simple garbage. I can never connect to a server more than 1 time before all future connections fail. I have to repeatedly try to connect to random servers to establish a connect that only lasts for a matter of minutes before disconnect.. I'm confused as to how it will say I'm connected to the VPN but no data in either direction, but data is being sent around the VPN This is hella unsecure. Slow speeds when connected, dropped connections, few options. I recommend using different VPN. I stopped using during subscription! I am adding to this review as I can't see another way to respond. I contacted customer support and gave details of my isp and equipment. It's too late to resolve as I have uninstalled from all devices. I'm much happier with a new vpn. After the latest update the app messed up system alarms quick shortcut in notifications drawer on Android 12. Now the shortcut constantly updates with random nearby time as if there is an alarm set to that time. Yet upon pressing on the shortcut it opens and instantly closes. And in the alarms app itself there is no new alarms set to the time shown in the shortcut. It also messes up do not disturb schedules as well.
