I like this app and I can easily view my bill and make payments. What I don't like is after an update months ago the fingerprint log in no longer works. Even if you enable it every time you log in.Mar 18, 2024 19:44:34

I am having the same problem as quite a few other people whose reviews I just read. I thought I was the only one who has been dealing with this since the new version of the app came out. But now after quite a few months of this I finally decided to see if I were alone in this issue and Unfortunately I AM NOT. WHY hasn't the issues of having to be redirected to the Google store to Download the "new" version of the app which I've had for some time now been fixed? I had the same experience as a previous reviewer; every time I clicked the Dom icon, it said I needed to upgrade. I realized the new app did not overwrite the old app and icon. I held down that icon and selected Uninstall option. I then found the new icon on the last desktop screen of my phone where new apps deploy their icons. The new Dom icon was there and it opened right up without telling me to upgrade. This app is better than trying to nav thru the website.Mar 16, 2024 10:20:46
