Now that they are the monopoly of the cheap mobile plans, it is fair enough to ignore customer complaints and reviews. Thus I will still write a review no matter how much it is always ignored. Data speed shows 4G all the time but it is way way slower than a 3G. Watching your YT videos are just as bad as watching it at an underground tunnel. Until now there are still no news of an upcoming widget whereas all your competitors has their own widgets for an android homescreen. Bad coverage and very slow speeds. App is so slow even on 4G. You can make coffee and take a shower while it loads. EDIT: Network fails and its still on 4G or 4G+. Its the same on another phone uding Digi at the same time. So its definitely not my phone or even area because I've experienced it at random reception-rich locations where network goes off suddenly and both phones show same result but no data at all. Coming from a software engineer background, I wonder why the apps is so bulky. It is more than 100mb in size for a relatively normal function, which does not even compare to googlemaps with more advance algorithym. Don't get me wrong, the apps is good and very helpful for users, but why does it take so much space and also it is like kinna of jerky, like a bit slow, just for showing pictures and text?
