I am disappointed with this app. I was a paid subscriber and the app seemed to be running smooth. However, my account was logged out of (assuming an updated occurred) and I had difficulty obtaining a new password through customer service. I went through this process 3 different times and the last time I just told them to delete my account because they made it so difficult to get back into my account. Consider other security measures like text, email verification, etc. CS not helpful.Jun 19, 2024 10:27:24

The app is ok. The biggest problem is it appears the site makes you change your password every week. It's starting to become annoying. I also get emails or notifications that says someone has sent me a flirt or a message but when I go to the app there is nothing there. First, for context.. I paid for a subscription plus the extra functionality for women without subscriptions to be able to contact me. This app is designed in social media messenger timeline format, which I don't like because new messages aren't at the top of your 'inbox'. Also, the fact that there are fake profiles that have the exact same text as profiles from 7-8 years ago the first time I used the site points to corrupt and unethical business practices. When I used this app years ago. It was the greatest, made many friendships. My experience today was awful, In order to change my location i had to actually call for permission & i can no longer make self changes. I am a Paying customer, When i asked if someone can reach out to me the Tech says No. When i said i will not renew my subscription Tech was ready to terminate my subscription in the conversation.
