    So much easier! I used the online site to pay my bills etc. But this app is great, I can see what I use by the half hour. Weekly, monthly and yearly. It's a great way to keep track and pay for your gas and/or electric. I've had no issues with this company at all neither

    I'd be lost without this app now. Gives me control, as my smart meter still won't work for the gas. It makes this app more important. Very few glitches too, which is great. Payments go through quickly and both electric and gas top up within minutes most of the time. Excellent

    Having been with E for the last year, the app has been very useful for me to monitor my usage and see how much I am spending each day. This feature was so good during the winter months. Working away, being able to top up from my phone is also amazing!

    Never works. Crashes all the time. Was told by the company on the phone I can just take the cards to the shop.....but they won't send me cards despite saying they're coming twice. Then they say I can use the cards on the app. But the app is broken again and won't let me pull up the cards or top up. Its been 2 days and my electric is off. I'm not happy

    App doesn't work at all. I can't top up and now the screen is blank and can't top up at the shop so now I'm running on emergency credit which I don't want. App never works it's allways being updated most the time it never allows me to use the top up option and fails payment.

    Half a star review!!! The app won't open now that my electricity is out, so bad, the call centre doesn't answer when you call! The number you call to manually top up just hangs up on you before completing the transaction. It hung up on me 5 times in a row before I could even hear the robot talking! It just rang once, then hangs up! I finally got through to the end, It said, "Please wait while we verify the transaction," then it hung up on me 3 times during that phase, so I gave up! NO TO E NO E
