Terrible app from a failing company. (It also captures and sells user data, beware) Blacklist Postnord before they steal your package and hold it for ransom. Good luck contacting them. App has a trash 'AI' chatbot that ONLY has a couple of pre-designated options. Which isn't helpful at all. They don't answer/have a help support line. Absolutely awful delivery service to the US. If you're not home to receive the delivery, they mark it as failed and never give you any way of getting a new delivery, or any info on where to pick it up. No email address to contact, and the phone robot doesn't have an English option. Never buying anything that ships via Postnord again. This is great app, unless you want to move it to a new phone. It forbids backup and if you installed before they added cloud sync, you cannot enable it, so you are out of luck. All nice statistic app provides, all archived packages, everything stays on your old phone.Jun 16, 2024 16:16:46
