The App is okay. I found it somewhat unpredictable. Sometimes, it does a good job, sometimes it gives undesirable results. For example, when I am scanning four photos, it occasionally fails to split all of them. Then, resolution is alsi a problem at times. I am unable to understand under what conditions and settings would it give uniform results.Jun 16, 2024 17:52:29

I paid for a year subscription. Got a new phone. Now when I try to log in to the app, it doesn't recognize me. Can't find my phone number or my email. When I try to sign up and pay again (upgrade from Free), the app tells me there's an error, that my order is being processed and that it will be available in a few minutes. I tried everything to access my account including reinstalling the app. Worst case scenario come True: I've been scanning a whole album of dozens of photos for my wife's 50th birthday slideshow for days and days. The app is good, HOWEVER, they say you have a free trial period but bill you immediately, and there's no way to cancel. I contacted them within the trial period and they didn't fix the problem. I'll amend my review if they make it right. EDIT: I contacted customer service and got a snotty email in return. I was originally planning to subscribe once I was ready to dive into my project, but now I'll be looking for a different app.Jun 15, 2024 10:42:23

Have been very pleased. I have been scanning my photo albums and it is so much easier than taking them out of the album and manually scanning them. I do not need to remove them it identifies the photos and saves them individually. The quality is very acceptable. The subscription is reasonably priced. Have scanned over 800 today. I'm trying to transfer all of my old family photos to digit, which is proving to be quite the task...that being said, this app is awesome and hurrying the process since you are able to scan multiple photos at once and it drops them automatically. That being said, the photos can't remain in their albums, or you will get the inevitable glare. In the FAQs it says you should remove any plastic film avoid thos, no way am I taking thousands of photos out of their albums in order to take their picture.Jun 15, 2024 02:17:05

Outstanding. Less than 30 min to scan an album with over 93 photos. may be the app of the decade. Customer service is outstanding. Email a question and get an answer with in an hour. It's great! Been using the app for 2 years and still love it. Just purchased a Photomyne photo tent and can't wsit to use it. One of the best apps for a smart phone. Still great after all these years!!
