Application lente et qui plante souvent. On doit refaire régulièrement la demande de suivie à la journée, donc on n'a pas tout le temps accès aux données, ou avec un grand décalage. Pourquoi ne faites-vous pas aussi bien que l'application d'EDF ???Jun 09, 2024 03:33:10

Souvent pas capable de nous informer conso mois mais aussi les chiffres ne correspond au contrat. Mise en contact plusiers fois avec service client qui plaide problem technique qui n'est jamais mise au point. S'installer cet app ? Pas le peine!!!Jun 08, 2024 18:34:20
