Congratulation and thank you for upgrading the apps. Now I can sync Bookdoc with Huawei Health but the record not sync. Although I achive my step target almost every day in Huawei Health, in Bookdoc still zero. I try to click refresh data, nothing happen, not function, still zero. The number provided to change the profile not functioning even though i called during office hours several time. Can someone teach me how to log into my account whenever I change my phone. Ever since I changed phone I am unable to log in and it keeps mentioning error. And when I tried to create a new account I was unable to do so because my phone is linked to the old account. And there is no option to delete the new account. My smartwatch Amazfit GTS is unable to sync with bookdoc in view of no option for Amazfit GTS available. I know it is not a well-known brand but i hope you can add some more device types so that we don't need to bring along our phone while running.Jun 07, 2024 14:40:25

I'm using amazefit, linked with zepp app, and google fit. The steps are synced almost the same, but when it is synced to bookdoc, my steps are lesser by a double. I don't get it. Very upset and this os why i am demotivated to continue on with the challenges.Jun 07, 2024 03:54:27
