    The app is quite convenient, allowing you to load all your gift cards and pay for groceries by simply scanning a QR code at the checkout. However, the transaction time is a drawback that needs improvement. By the way, it has been a while that the QR code is not available and no info was provided to us.

    Signed up to a discounted 6 month prepaid plan in Nov 22. Had no issues for the first month or so then began having regular problems with sending text. Always had good reception, have a near new handset with dual sim, the other sim has no issues with text even though its also a Telstra re-seller. Been in contact with the help center which don't really seem interested in addressing the problem. Will port out early May 23. WOW pull your socks up, you wont get any more of my money next month.

    My woolworths phone App does give information but did not explain why all my messages are not delivered if mms. I have data spare. Plenty saved. They must be going to a third party for scrutiny and rejected as if it were ok to read my sms and mms. Not ok. This should be made known to all customers. I only know because Im diligent with delivery reports and found my mms messages were all still pending months after sending No reason given or return 2 sender notification.textonly for2months.Beware!

    Horrible app, horrible customer experience. The 10% offer is so hard to redeem (code doesn't work 50%of the time) and it's in general a frustrating experience. The code often doesn't work, whether you have used the code or not is never accurate via the app. To chat about the problem it's always with bots/standard answers. Terrible app made worse by terrible customer service.

    With my previous service provider I relied on widgets To Help me track my balance. I've found the Woolworths app widget doesn't work at all for my phone (having already tried uninstalling apps, restarting and all suggested things). It also seems to take a while to load compared to other apps. Think an update into this app is needed Woolworths.
