Effective and efficient application to conveniently manage students' attendance reporting by parents or legal guardians. However, reasons for absence should be expansive as they are currently limited. For example, "home study" would be an ideal choice and real reason for students opting to study from home, a day before examinations start, instead of a generic "parent approved" option. While it's great to be able to log absences, overall the functionary of this app is terrible. I don't get notifications for messages until several hours after, sometimes more than 4! It takes much too long to refresh or load messages, and once I've read a message, it will not be cleared as read until I load another or refresh.Jun 07, 2024 22:50:54

This all keeps logging me out with no notification and is causing me to not receive school notifications making this app useless. Also, UI for the toggles is just bad - you can't really tell if something is enabled or disabled.Jun 07, 2024 16:45:46

This app is supposed to make things more convenient for everyone but it rarely works. The header with the kids names for reporting absences is always missing and an error pops up saying that it's in error state and to retry. clicking retry doesn't appear to do anything. I have a new phone so I know it's not a result of an outdated operating system. I end up having to use the phone system which isn't terrible but certainly not as convenient as the app would be.Jun 07, 2024 14:16:43

1st messages are always wider than the screen. Many times you must scroll right, several times, just to read 1 line and then scroll back several times for the next line - Over and Over Again just to read the message - 1b, You Can't Pinch To Shrink. It would be easier just to get emails. 2nd, it uninstalls itself when it updates - that's not helpful. 3rd, it tells me there are new messages when there are not. Horrible app. Unable to delete old/irrelevant messages. Not at all user friendly. My husband who is a secondary contact receives phone notifications before me, the primary contact. Apparently, I can't change this, so he will have to block the number. Very disappointing to use. Also very disappointed that my Canadian school board chose an American app to use.Jun 05, 2024 14:42:01
