Horrible app with many problems every time I try to log in. Horrible customer service through the app and predatory out of plan prices. I forgot to renew my plan as I usually do it when I receive a reminder text. There was no reminder text last month so I was charged the normal rates of €1.01 per MB. Can't even pay a bill on this app Edit- worse still the only help offered is through using Twitter or Facebook (neither of which I use). Attempting to call by phone simplely led to bring hung up on, and then later advised on my review to call that number again. Really poor experience. Have had multiple issues since the upgrade to this new version of the app, it is now refusing to work after confusing problems with re-registering and login details not working.
