App is good but service/network/internet of jio is very very poor, no use of feedback given on this app, if the review is made then jio service will improve, for time being worst internet service thy name is jio, very soon they will see people's shifting to other networks, only adding subscribers without improvement in network, what is the use app? Absolutely useless. I have been using this utility and talking to Reliance executives giving them the output of this test. They have done nothing to improve the quality in our area. Many users are shifting to other networks. I still continue hoping that one day things will improve. But network speed is going from bad to worsein last two years. Internet speed is very very poor. Network is also below average. Several times it was takenup with your customer care but no actio is taken. If any update or link is required than provide the same. We are also getting very good service from the other service provider. 2 nos Jio connection is with us both the cases data speed and network is very very low.We are paying money but not getting services from you.
