Nhân viên tư vấn rất nhiệt tình. Hài lòng khi được chăm sóc tốt. Thanh toán đa dạng không cần thẻ thanh toán quốc tế. 1. App thì thực sự chưa tốt. Khi vào các mục rồi bấm nút "Back" thì không thoát ra được app. 2. Tốc độ load thông tin tương đối chậm, các mục đơn hàng, tin nhắn load 6/10 lần là bị lag. 3. Ko cho dời tour dù đã báo trước. Ko cho sử dụng vé chuyến bay về trong tour. Mọi người cẩn thận. Dịch vụ cực kỳ tệ hại. Làm ăn kiểu chộp giựt chỉ mong lấy đc tiền đặt cọc của khách, xảy ra vấn đề là bắt đầu trốn tránh, đùn đẩy trách nhiệm từ thằng sales tour đến bọn tổng đài.
